Summer Axe Throwing Leagues Forming Now
Iron Axe Society is Concord’s First Indoor Urban Axe Throwing Facility. Summer leagues start June 30/July 3 and run for 8 weeks (7 weeks of match, with fun tournament week 8).
No experience needed to join but you must be 8 & up to throw and with a legal guardian, if under 18.
Cost for season is $150 and includes 1 free hour of practice, per week, with dedicated coach. Payment plans available. Learn more on their website.
July 9 Lifeline Meal Pack for Kids
Thanks to sponsors 100 People Who Care-Concord and St. James Lutheran Church, Lifeline Charlotte Centre has a free-to-attend kids event July 9 from 10am-12pm to pack meals for Guatemalan families and better understand food insecurity and life in Guatemala for kids. An adult must be present, and please register your child.

Kid Friendly, 2-4 pm, July Sunday Funday activities will include: a bubble dance party, a coloring & patriotic crafts station, face painting and other surprise activities. Free admission. Kids must be accompanied by an adult.
